I got stuck this morning when a flat battery meant my car wouldn't start - a pretty stressful start to the day when trying to get my daughter to school! And of course it had to happen during a week when my husband was away. After roadside assistance gave me a jumpstart, I had to head straight to Supercheap.

I’d called ahead to check they had the battery I needed. They told me they had plenty in stock, and while they couldn’t fit it themselves, it could be done 'across the road.' I wasn't entirely sure what that meant, but once I arrived, I received absolutely lovely service from both businesses.

The great team at Supercheap directed me over to Autohaus, where the super helpful Damon checked exactly what battery I needed. We then popped back to Supercheap to make sure I bought the correct one. Damon fitted it right then and there while I sat in the A/C, having a lovely chat with his wife who also works there.

I honestly thought I was in for a day of pain and long wait times, but everything was sorted so quickly and smoothly. I’m very grateful to live in a town with fabulous folk who look out for car-ignorant people like me!

What a great experience it was to recently purchase a car from Autohaus. I had been 'hanging around' this dealership for several years (my Dad is a regular lol) as there are always great vehicles to look at and I had intended to ask the owner, Damon, to hunt down my dream car when the time came. My dream car unexpectedly showed up in the yard last week (Feb 2025) and of course I had to say yes! Throughout the purchasing process Damon was fantastic. He is easy to talk to, a great communicator and puts absolutely no pressure on you to buy unless you are 100% happy. This place is a gem! If you are looking for something special go and see Damon!

We have a Lexus and needed new batteries for our key remotes. Google noted Autohaus Batemans Bay as the local Lexus dealer. We phoned early morning and left a message. Damon replied not long after, leaving us a message saying he wasn't a Lexus dealer but to come in and he can help us out. We called in and he replaced two batteries. Lovely man, oozes honesty and service.
